The spectacular finale to the year of Music for Youth events, each night between the 5th, 6th, and 7th November 2018 1000 different young musicians took part in a concert like no other: full-scale orchestras showcased side by side with some of the brightest young jazz bands, chamber groups, rock bands and choirs from across the UK. Immerse yourself in music new and old and relive THE musical celebration of the year!
Music for Youth's National Festival 2018 took to the stages at major venues and outdoor spaces right across Birmingham city centre between Tuesday 3rd and Saturday 7th July. Taking place every July, Music for Youth's National Festival is a feast of music of all kinds, that welcomes around 10,000 young people to take part in performance sessions and workshops, to inspire and be inspired by performances from their peers, and showcase the continuing hard work that goes on behind the scenes in music education right across the UK.
