“I got some really good feedback and I really enjoyed my performance. It's given me a confidence boost and I feel like I have more direction and know exactly where I want to go." Exchange participant, June 2017
On Friday 16 and Saturday 17 March 2018, Music for Youth Exchange returns to one of Glasgow’s leading arts venues, SWG3. Exchange, supported by Creative Scotland, gives young people from across Scotland the opportunity to network, perform, speak to industry experts, and discover pathways in the world of music.
Hosted by BBC Radio Scotland’s Vic Galloway, Exchange is formed of two full days of advice, networking, performances, and open-mic sessions, and is open to all young musicians aged 21 and under.
Exchange’s convention trade stands host a range of local and national organisations, from our supporters Creative Scotland, through to Live Music Now, Music Plus, Hit the Road, and Behind the Noise.
