MFY's National Festival in Birmingham showcases dynamic performances by young musicians from across the UK. Featuring jazz, orchestral, rock, folk and world, urban, wind and brass, pop, choral and chamber music!

Further information about performances, workshops and audience tickets for the 2014 festival will be available later in the year.

Family Day 12th July at the MFY National Festival

Experience a range of different musical genres including orchestras, jazz combos and big bands performed by the next generation of musicians - all 21 and under - in Town Hall and Symphony Hall.

  • 10am - meet your MFY Guide in the Symphony Hall foyer who will help you plan your day
  • 2pm - meet your MFY Guide in the Symphony Hall foyer who will help you plan your day

Festival activities will be around and about the city for you and your family to enjoy. Try out some instruments - for the complete novice to the amateur musician!

£10 family experience ticket (group of 4, minimum one adult), plus transaction fee.
