MFY's National Festival returns to Birmingham from 7 - 11 July 2015. Celebrating the UK’s most inspiring musicians
Experience five days of the most exciting and eclectic music performed by the UK’s most talented young musicians. 8,000 young people, aged 5 – 21, will descend on Birmingham for the week-long festival, bringing the city’s world-class stages to life. Join us at the Symphony Hall, Town Hall and Birmingham Conservatoire for main stage performances and enjoy music of all kinds - from brass bands, steel pans and choirs to rock, pop & urban, folk groups and orchestral ensembles.

MFY Festival Fringe
This year we launch our biggest ever Festival Fringe programme, with a range of activities and special events, including a Festival Tent, satellite stages, performances from professional musicians, and an Interactive Zone.

||A bit of everything! An ensemble of 12 harps, or a band of ukuleles through to creative percussion ensembles, along with chamber groups playing well known pieces from the classical repertoire
||Frequencies is our rock, pop and urban stage. Come along and listen to some of the nations best up and coming contemporary artists.
