Monday 24 October 2016 - Sage Gateshead

Frequencies returned to NewcastleGateshead as part of the Juice Festival. The event is free to attend and offers emerging musicians the chance to perform, work with professional artists, meet industry experts, and attend workshops. An afternoon of activity for young musicians is followed by an evening showcase of new music.

Presented by Music for Youth, Frequencies is ideal for anyone wanting to get their music heard, try new things and meet other musicians. Music for Youth aim to programme a wide range of music, so whether this is your first live performance or you gig regularly, take a look at what's on offer!

Frequencies is Music for Youth’s programme for emerging young musicians looking to develop a career in music. In 2015, 86% of the young artists taking part said Frequencies gave them a better understanding of how to get into the music industry.
