Saturday 22 October 2016 - Band on the Wall

FREQUENCIES returned to Band on the Wall, Manchester for the third year running following successful events across the country. This whole day event offers emerging musicians the chance to perform, work with professional artists and meet industry experts.

Performance Showcase
Put yourself forward for a performance slot in the evening showcase and work with professional stage managers and sound crew. Get your music heard!

Workshop Sessions
Work side-by-side with professional artists including Jason Singh (musician, composer, sound artist and producer), Sasha Pannu (singer-songwriter, looping artist and member of Paugwé), Ben Gwynne (musician, producer and member of Paugwé) Hobbit (UK and international championship beatboxer) and John Evans (session guitarist, composer, songwriter and arranger). Develop your music in live workshops. 

Industry Q&A Panels
This is your chance to hear from the professionals, ask those burning questions and get their advice.

Frequencies is for anyone 21 and under.



Frequencies is Music for Youth’s programme for emerging young musicians looking to develop a career in music. In 2015, 86% of the young artists taking part said Frequencies gave them a better understanding of how to get into the music industry.
