This month, Trinity College London is running free twilight professional development sessions for non-specialist primary teachers in conjunction with Music for Youth’s Primary Proms concerts. These twilight sessions are open to teachers from all attending schools on a first-come-first-served basis and will explore Primary Prom repertoire as well as creative ideas for use back in the classroom. Ideas will focus on useful preparatory work that could be done with your class in advance of attending a Primary Prom, as well as interesting developmental follow-up after the concert.
