Operations and Finance Manager

Music for Youth seeks an Operations and Finance Manager to work with the Chief Executive as part of the senior management team. The role has overall responsibility for the efficient and effective operation of the Music for Youth office. Specifically, this includes the finance, IT and HR functions, and aspects of income generation and stakeholder management. As a member of the Senior Management Team, the Operations and Finance Manager will also contribute to the strategic direction of the charity. 

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing finance, and of working at a senior level in a complex environment, preferably within an arts and/or educational environment.

Are you a hands-on, highly organised Marketing Manager looking for your next challenge? Music for Youth is looking for a Marketing Manager to develop plans to support its marketing and audience development strategy, ensuring its events, profile, and brand are compelling for existing and new audiences, within and beyond the music education sector.

The successful candidate will have entrepreneurial flair in developing high quality marketing campaigns. S/he will have experience and a proven record of marketing, preferably in an arts education or events focused organisation and be used to managing multiple priorities. S/he should possess strong communication skills and excellent management skills in order to support the delivery of key strategic marketing objectives to achieve the wider aims of the organisation.
