PLEASE NOTE
A Depending on space available, only your first three entries will be eligible for inclusion at the Regional Festival. Further entries will be considered if space permits. If entries cannot be included, you are welcome to submit a recorded entry.
B There are no repertoire restrictions and different works may be presented at regional and national stages. Choice of repertoire is of great importance to adjudicators at all levels.
C Where age limits are given, all members of the group must be within the limit for the whole of the academic year. Where a specific 'School' or 'Music Centre' category is being entered, all performers must be pupils for the full academic year. It should also be noted that it is not permitted to bring in paid or over-age performers to make up for a shortfall in numbers or line-up.
D Time limits must be adhered to at all levels. Ensembles performing beyond stated time limits will be ineligible for awards at the National Festival. Each performance will be timed from the first to the last note played including any applause between items. On-stage tuning will be considered part of the overall performance time.
E Changes in your programme at the national level must be notified to the organisers at least twenty-four hours prior to the performance. Groups will be ineligible for awards at the National Festival if changes are made after this time
